The new Community Customs Code, defines and establishes the laws that apply to imports and exports of goods between the EU Union and third countries; should facilitate trade, while ensuring a high level of security at the borders.
It contains many news that will have an important effect on intra and extra-EU trade, therefore, even if they are defined in the decrees that will make it operational, it is necessary to read it and understand the substantial differences with respect to the Code in force.
